PLA Luminous is a special-effect PLA filament containing phosphorescent particles. After exposure to light, printed parts glow in the dark, making the material particularly suitable for decorative objects, artistic prints, signs, models and other designs where the luminous effect is part of the appearance.

The material retains the practical printing characteristics of PLA while adding a distinctive glow-in-the-dark effect. The phosphorescent particles can cause additional nozzle wear, so a hardened steel nozzle is recommended for long-term or frequent printing.
