PA12 Black Smart Print

Nylon is a durable filament designed for functional and mechanical parts. It offers high impact and fatigue resistance as well as good resistance to chemicals, making it suitable for components exposed to repeated movement, mechanical loads or demanding operating conditions.

The material is a practical choice for mechanical components, brackets, housings, fixtures and functional prototypes. Proper material preparation and printing conditions are important - the filament should be dried before use and stored in sealed packaging to limit moisture absorption. A high nozzle temperature and heated bed help achieve reliable printing and reduce warping.
